Levainry exists because a good loaf deserves better than the bag it came in.
Most bread storage is sold as a category: a drawer of options, each slightly different, none of them chosen for a reason. We took the opposite approach. There is one bag on this site, in one size, because one size covers what a home oven actually turns out — a 2 lb tin loaf, a round boule, a pair of batards.
Why we only sell one thing
Everything else here is written to help you get more out of the loaf you already bake. The guides come from a kitchen, not a lab, and they say what we would say to a friend who asked why their bread goes hard by Wednesday.
Where the numbers come from
What you see on the product page is what arrives: the size we state, the weave we describe, and the rating our buyers actually gave. Free shipping, and thirty days to send it back if it is not what you wanted.
